An image of the accident, posted by Munich's fire brigade on Facebook.Image: Feuerwehr Mnchen It feels good to be the hero, and for the driver that exposed his Tesla (and himself) to danger in order to save another driver, it won’t even be very costly. According to Muenchner Merkur (via Jalopnik), 41-year-old Manfred Kick was driving his Tesla Model S when he noticed a man in a Volkswagen driving erratically on the Autobahn near Munich, Germany. Image: tesla This might take a little getting used to. After months and months of anticipation, Elon Musk has finally answered almost all of our questions about the Model 3. Those were my initial thoughts after test-driving one of the very first Tesla Model 3 all-electric cars to roll off the assembly line Friday before the company’s big reveal. That exhilarating, yet short-lived experience, started inauspiciously. In fact, I was prepared to be underwhelmed. I mean, it’s just a sedan, right? From a distance, the Tesla Model 3 looks like most other small sedans on the road. SEE ALSO: We finally know what the inside of Tesla’s […]

That dashboard though.Image: tesla The wait is finally over. After months of hype and anticipation, Tesla has finally given us our first peek at the interior of the Model 3 and, well, it was worth the wait. The interior is every bit as sleek and minimalist as we expected. The most prominent feature is the 15-inch digital display, which has more of a landscape orientation than Tesla’s other cars. Note that, as Musk confirmed to a disappointed Tesla fan earlier this year, there is no speedometer (or any kind of gauge, for that matter) behind the wheel. SEE ALSO: Driving […]
