The link between exercise and mental health is undeniable. The more active a person is it results in better physical health and ultimately a better mental state.
Now if you are like me and enjoy making money and working hard, you will know rewarding it can be. However if you are not in good physical shape, you may find it less rewarding to enjoy your hard earned money.
There are 1,440 minutes in every day, you should schedule at least 30 of them for physical activity. It will result in more productivity and more money.
Regular exercise is a critical part of staying healthy. People who are active live longer and generally feel better. Exercise can help you maintain a healthy weight. It can delay or prevent diabetes, some cancers and heart problems too.
Most adults need at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity at least five days per week. Examples can include walking briskly, mowing the lawn, dancing, swimming for recreation or bicycling. Stretching and weight training can also strengthen your body and improve your fitness level.
The key is to find the right exercise for you. If it is fun, you are more likely to stay motivated. And we all know that can be difficult. You may want to walk with a friend, join a class or plan a group bike ride. If you’ve been inactive for awhile, use a sensible approach and start out slowly.
Exercising with an associate will also give you time to brainstorm in a different environment and may result in your best business idea yet!
Making time in your busy money making schedule can also be a challenge. You may feel that taking time out will mean being less productive for the day, however, that is not so. Taking time out of your schedule for regular exercise will ensure more oxygen reaches your brain and a healthy brain will be able to come up with more money making ideas.
If you have a physical disability you may want to try using a physical therapist to make exercise a more rewarding experience. You will find the money spent equates into even more money earned, because again, a healthy body and mind will give you the vitality needed to be a top money maker.
If you are like me and are not a naturally sport oriented person you may consider walking or cycling as a way of keeping active. If you are older and less agile, a great option is yoga. It is low impact, strengthens muscles and is a very spiritual experience.
If you tend to shy away from team sports and gyms, you may consider joining a walking club. Joining a group for activities not only ads a healthy social aspect to keeping fit, but it also provides a platform for discussing money making opportunities with your group members.
Learn to keep fit in your body and mind, maintain a positive attitude towards life and your fellow man and good things and money will follow you.
